Summer's can be unbearable but at least we have mangoes!!!
This summer enjoy a healthy glass of refreshing Aam Panna with Paawak Jaggery.

INGREDIENT:
- Mint leaves
- 4 - 5 raw mangoes
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 1/2 Paawak Jaggery cube
- 1 tsp cardamon
METHOD
- Pressure cook Kairi (raw mangoes) until 4 whistles.
- Once cooled, remove the skin & separate pulp from the seed, discard the seed.
- Blend Kairi pulp, 2 cups of water & Paawak Jaggery cubes to a smooth paste. Adjust the consistency of the liquid as per your preference.
- Add a pinch of black salt just to enhance the taste.
- Add crushed cardamon powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper & mix well.
- Sweet tangy Aam Panna with jaggery is ready.
- Refrigerate panna for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Sever chilled with ice cubes & garnish with mint leaves.
