INGREDIENTS:
- 250ml frozen milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp PAAWAK JAGGERY POWDER
- 2tbsp Horlicks
- 1 tsp Coffee
METHOD
- In a blender, add frozen milk, sliced banana, roasted peanuts and cashews.
- Then add PAAWAK JAGGERY POWDER, Horlicks and Coffee in blender.
- Blend everything together until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. Ensure that the jaggery powder is fully dissolved and mixed well.
- Pour the Sharjah Shake into tall glasses.
- Garnish it with Choco Chips.
- Serve immediately while its cold and refreshing.
