INGRIDENTS:
- 1/2 Cup hot water
- 1/2 Paawak jaggery
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup atta
METHOD:
- In 1/2 cup hot water, add Paawak Jaggery (crushed)
- Let it melt completely.
- Now, in another pan, add 1/2 cup ghee & 1/2 cup atta.
- Keep the flam at low & stir continuously till it turns golden brown.
- Turn off the flam & add jaggery water.
- Stir continuously, till it turn thick.
- Serve hot & garnish it with dry fruits.
