INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cups roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup PAAWAK JAGGERY POWDER
- Salt - 1/4 tbsp
- Coconut oil - 1tbsp
- Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
- Add roasted peanuts & salt to a mixer grinder. Process the peanuts until they break down into a crumbly mixture.
- Now, add cocoa powder & Vanilla extract in grinded peanut powder mixture. Then add PAAWAK's Jaggery Powder & coconut oil to the mixture.
- Let it grind until it turns smooth paste.
- Transfer the chocolate peanut butter to a clean, airtight jar.
