Roast peanuts and jaggery seperately to light golden brown. Crush the peanuts in mixer grinder. Now mix the jaggery and peanut together and make a mixture. Now make dough from wheat flour like we make for paratha. Now make small circles n fill the mixture in the half of the circles and fold it into a semicircle and join both the ends of semicircle and make a shape of hat. Now fry the hats in the hot oil until they are golden brown in colour. Serve them hot or you can store them in air tight container for 2 days.
