Boil the water in a vessel. Grate the jiggery in a plate. Add the melted jaggery in the water and make jaggery syrup. Rub the paneer for around 10 minutes. Then add maida to it and continue to rub for few minutes. Makesmall balls of it and then add it to jaggery syrup and let the flame be on for 10 minutes. Then cool it for some time. Jaggery rasgulla delight are ready to eat .
